Delivery Times:

• Perth Metro Areas: 2–5 business days
• Regional Western Australia: 4–8 business days
• Other Australian Metro Areas: 3–7 business days
• Regional Areas Across Australia: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow your package’s journey.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction and your pup’s happiness is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure:

• Items are in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• The product has not been altered or damaged after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 2–5 business days. Please note:

• Refunds do not include original shipping costs.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a faulty or damaged product.

Important Notes:

• Sale, clearance, and custom-made items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
• We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.
• Returns received after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
